CSM final project: Catcher

A wall-mounted clotheshanger made for messy environments. The design is meant to make use of and adapt to user behavior.
The hanger is designed to "catch" clothes thrown at it. The look depends on what clothes are on it and how they are thrown, just as one would throw clothes at the floor or on a chair.
The look becomes a reflection of the user's ordinary and "messy" behaviour.

Making the model: Catcher

The hooks are made by resin in a silicon mould. The hooks were then attached to the board with araldite.
